Thank you. They are promoting it and using the site for that.

Thanks so much.

I am asking about a serious situation.

This was really bad. Her goals were to have a sunken in face, have no boobs because they are fat, and have 0% body fat etc. Just disgusting!
-
Hell to the no!! He even tweeted to all his haters that he has the ultimate f*$ck you because he has a Grammy. He does not care about what he did, clearly.
-
Way to go! Looking good
-
I did the same. I have so much to lose that I am keeping it the same for a while.
-
I am also worried about this. I will have spent so much time trying to lose that I am scared of maintaining. I am sure once we find the right amount of calories, like we had to do in order to lose, it will work out ok.
-
Thanks paulbp4, I was not thinking about that!!
-
Why do these meals have sooo much sodium but taste bland? Does anyone else think they taste bland?
-
YOU are right about weight watchers. You can eat whatever junk you like as long as it fits into your "points system".
-
I agree with above poster. Now that I started to lose weight, I do not want to eat a lot and feel stuffed. I love waking up knowing I am thinner than the day before, even if i am hungry!!
-
I actually went to two this past weekend. I still lost my two pounds this week. I just picked out a few things that were my favorite and ate those. I also did eat slowly, like the other poster mentioned. I enjoyed myself and was not stuffed!

it is 4 easy payments of 29.99, as the ad says

I do not like to sweat, therefore I do not like to exercise. I just stick with my 1200 calories, do not exercise, and I lose my two pounds each week. Very simple and easy to stick too.
-
I would stop eating whatever you want on the weekends. You don't necessarily have to log, but pay some attention to how many calories you are taking in. I stick with my 1200 and do not exercise and have one cheat day. I consistently lose my two pounds per week.
-
I eat my calories and I do weigh my food. I do not exercise at all and I have lost at least my two pounds each week. There has to be something that is not right. Just go back and double check.

I saw the piece on this diet. At 1500-1800 3 to 4 pounds is good. I am eating 1280 and losing 2-3 w/o exercise. If you want to lose more, cut your calories more, or burn some.
-
Yes I always complete it the next day. Thanks!
-
I agree. I am a food addict also. I have never been to OA but I know. I would buy a bag of chips in the morning at work and just eat the whole bag. Then I would go to lunch, not even being hungry. I would just eat to eat. Seven months ago I quite smoking. Three months ago I started mfp and stopped drinking mountain dew,…

I would suggest to follow the calorie guidelines on mfp. I tried low carb and you do lose alot of weight but like you said, once you start eating carbs again, you will gain weight. This low calorie has worked for me and so far i have done it without exercise.
-
I did not know that. When I put my info in, it gave me a 2lb a week weight loss. Thanks for the info.
-
MFP is set up for weight loss to be weekly. Why would you weigh everyday when you know it is not going to give your weekly weight loss? It is hard for me to wait a week, but then I do and I have the reward of losing my 2lbs.
-
I work for a doctor's office and he said the exact same thing.
-
I agree with opher. They are doing this all day, everyday. Their whole life revolves around this while they are at the camp. Just as if I expect to lose two pounds a week and I do not lose any, I am going to be upset.
-
Hey loooove your shark picture. I started before Thanksgiving and then kind of took a break over the holidays, not the best time to start. I could use the motivation if you want to add me!
-
I totally agree. I was a mountain dew addict and all I drink now is water and I feel wonderful! Way to go!

Dr. Wang, whom I work for, told me about this site. He said all of the diet "gimmicks" are just that a gimmicks. He said it does not matter what you eat, when you eat it, all that matters is calories. If you reduce calories, you will lose weight, plain and simple. And this is true. I just started, but it worked for my…
