I definitely do not want to be "skinny fat". I want to be a a super strong, sexy, fit MILF! I didn't realize that I was supposed to eat back the calories I work off. I think I'm overwhelmed trying to count every calorie and not paying as much attention to the rest.

I'm starting to see the train of thought here. I'm not fueling myself enough so I'm sticking myself into somewhat of a starvation mode, right? If I were to aim for 1900 calories per day, what would you suggest I burn?

In your opinion, what would be the reasonable goal? I'm still trying to figure all of this out.

Stop taking the fiber?? I just started that last week because one of the friends on here told me that I needed to eat more of it. Gah.

I guess I do eat lots of crap with my good stuff, eh? If I go up to eating 1700 calories, should I be burning more than the 400 -500 a day that I'm currently aiming for? I'm 5'3" and 30 years old.

And I have lost 21 lbs since I started in November of 2011.

I weigh 165 right now. Trying to get to 130 - 140. I'm following the program set up on here as much as I can and burning my calories on the elliptical, bike riding, and Zumba. I try to do a circuit training of some kind every once in a while. Maybe I need to do them more often?

So I always want to keep that number at zero? At the end of the day, when all my food is consumed and all workouts done, it has to be at zero or does it have to be below to be losing weight?

Just turned 30 2 months ago. I've lost 15 since winter and want to lose 40 more by the end of the year! I'd love to have some friends to bounce ideas and encouragement around with!
