One tip when cooking a white meat game (pheasant, turkey) an option instead of using bacon to wrap it in. Use a large piece of roasted red pepper. If you make your own its extremely healthy, if you use jarred the sodium level is really high but still better then using bacon.

I made this a few months ago with skim milk and reduced fat peanut butter and it came out amazing. So I wouldnt go to far out of way to get this stuff just make adjustments. It is really awesome and I can't make it ever again because its so good I have no control .

I made some deli wrap type things. I took whole wheat tortilla spread whipped cream cheese and turkey and cheese and some red peppers and rolled them up and cut them into slices. I did many alternative such as adding green chili's and other things.

I like to use it with tuna or chicken salads. I use it with mayo to make a little thicker chicken salad.
