I LOVE Eating for Life. I bought it years ago and still use recipes from it. They are easy and they have the full meals so you don't even have to think about sides and it also has deserts, snacks and breakfasts. Only down side is there is no nutritional information :grumble: , but you can always look that up.0

the biggest loser cookbook is amazing! it's cooking regular meals using healthier foods. also try biggest loser family cookbook - both cheap from amazon!0
