Something I food prep for lunch this week was Ground Beef seasoned as you like. I used a street taco seasoning and I added green beans. Super simple but really yummy!

Don't get discouraged. There are a lot of factors of the scale not moving. If your working your muscles, they will retain water to help in the repairing process. Also, I find my body does always drop the weight but it drops inches. Then the weight comes off. Most likely your loss will hit the scale next week. Just keep…

I like eating it plain or with cut up an avacado. Peaches and/or Strawberries are always good in cottage cheese too.

Try to identify what your trigger foods are. Once you figure out what they are check around on the web and see if you can find lighter versions of these foods. However, sometimes you have to elminate those foods all together.

Everyone said it well. 500 calories is not healthy. But I can answer that question for the rest of the strugglers reading this...watch your sugar intake. Sometimes there are as lot of hidden sugars in those yogurts.
