  • I've been tracking my calcium and I've been pretty good with that for a while.... magnesium I'll look into..
  • I drink a lot of water all day. I can usually drink 80 oz a day with very little effort. I do sweat a lot too.
  • I'd like to hear the responses to this too. I took vitamins occasionally (not on purpose) and lost some weight. I am now taking them more regularly and the scale stopped budging... I didn't think this would be do to a multivitamin.

  • This^ Take him to the vet they can poke it to relive the pressure. They might need you to put a cream on the area to help with the swelling and have you go for regular check ups after that. My vet is great and doesn't charge for that kind of check up since it takes 5 minutes tops for the visit.

  • I got a couple of 4 pound dumbbells just as resistance, once they get to easy I hold them in the same hand and eventually will move up to a heaver weight(I need to be more constant to get to the last part).

  • I don't have a Wii or Xbox. I didn't realize the 30 day shred is on there I will definitely check that out. The library by me has 3 or 4 work out videos that are barely there or require some piece of equipment that I do not own. Thank you everyone else for the ideas!
  • Does it have to be one thing each week? How about cut out soda and chips? With the 4th of July being in the 1st week of this the soda and chips will be harder to resist at the BBQ's.
