I have pcos, I use natural supplements to regulate my pcos. I used to use metformin to get everything under control, but that is medicine that also have side effects. I want to be healthy and the best way I have found is through natural supplements. If anyone is interested in natural supplements just leave me a message and…

I actually started Zumba two weeks ago, but I just do the videos I don't go to classed. I find it to be a very fun workout and I am shedding inches which is great. I hope I can keep it up for at least two months, I tend to get bored very easy.
-
congratulations
-
OK, I will give that a try. I just got real bored of Tony, but if I mix the two it will probably make it much better. Thanks.
-
are you incorporating weight into your exercise regime. Weights helps you to produce muscle which in turns burns fat.
-
ok, so what you are saying is stick to weight training type of routine in order to see results. I thought Insanity would offer the same results, but using your own body weight.
-
Amazing you look great, but you said you are half way there. It looks like you are already there, you might just disappear if you lose anymore.
-
I am trying to lose weight, and slim down on my stomach area. I am not pear shaped.
-
I have always have curves, I was never a thin straight girl so no worries on that end for me.
-
ok, I did do p90X for three weeks before insanity, but I got bored; but the funny thing is I was not bulking up on my legs when I did p90X.
-
ok, so what you are saying is that you are on 1200 calories a day, but when you work out you burned 500 calories; if that is the case you need to subtract the 500 calories you burn and then you would need to eat back that amount of calories before your body goes into starvation mode.
-
Yeah, I guess the hardest part is just getting started. Ohh, but the mind is what first needs to be changed. Thanks everyone for your input.
-
wow, sorry to hear about your accident, don't exercise today. I know you are trying to stay on track, but think about this if you work out you could put yourself in a bad position and lay yourself up for a couple of weeks instead of just the day, so I would suggest seeing your doctor and making sure that everything is ok…

exercise and then you can eat your exercise calories.
-
Oh, so I am not the only one with this problem, that is good to know.
-
Welcome, this site will help you a lot.
-
Well I must say, Congratulation to everyone for their small accomplish towards meeting their goal of a smaller you.
-
you are so very welcome, if I was suppose to rely on the scale I would constantly be in a depressed mood. Sometimes all you need to do is take a look at your body and see what has changed.
-
thanks all for understanding my little joy.
-
Thanks everyone for your encouragement and suggestions. Maybe I do need to find something else to do outside of p90X.
-
you look so much younger, and a lot fitter. Good job!!!!
-
You should probably try exercising in the morning before you go to work. That way you get your exercise out of the way and you don't have to worry about it for the remainder of the day.
-
Congratulations, I can't wait to have the same experience.
-
Well I just recently started p90X so that would mean I work out 7 days a week for about 1/2 to 1hr a day. The days I do Yoga I cut it short to half hour, only because I am not used to yoga. I am trying to build up to doing it for the full hour and a half. Oh Boy.
-
I have the same problem, what I have decided to do is eat the amount I would normally it, snack on nuts or fruits and drink lots of water. I really don't feel like I am starving myself, maybe it is because I don't tend to eat a lot anyways. As long as I am no hungry I am good.

When you exercise your body burns the calories it needs. So you have to replace those calories with food for you body to work well. The fact that you are weight training means that you are building muscles which leads to burning a lot more calories. The fat will go away if you continue to train your body the way you…

Ehhh... I don't know. I agree that seeing all points of view is important but this literally IS kidnapping. Charges could have been filed and the aunt would have been convicted. I don't know what kind of person would decide to do such a thing but she seems a bit off to me. [/quote] How could have charges be filed, she did…
-
I have thought this through, yes it is upsetting that the aunt did not inform you about her plans of taking your child on the plane; but you trust her to want your son to spend time with her blood relative or not you trusted her to take care of your son. She did take care of your son, she made sure that no harm came to him…

I would suggest adding some strength training to your routine. This will help build muscle and it in turns burn calories.
