Do a taco salad.. lots of lettuce, tomato, some salsa. You could add a little cheese and maybe some avocado.

For cardio? It most certainly can be. With workout DVDs, running, biking, there are a myriad of things people can do at home that are just as effective as going to the gym. If you don't have weights at home, then obviously not for weight training.

Create your own exercise and label it HRM Walking or however you want. That's how I do mine. MFP Is just an estimate. The only thing I would be careful about, is when I took Phentermine I was busting my butt at the gym and my heart rate was getting pretty high and I would end up dizzy and nauseated for hours afterward. They have cut fruit, salads, meats, breads, sushi, etc at the deli. It may not all be ideal, but there are options there.
