You could do intermittent fasting or ADF to accomplish that. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2014/06/08/alternate-day-fasting.aspx

Alternate day fasting works better, if that's your thing. I'm an ADFer and the weight just sheds off without you trying.

Either way you have to track your food, points or calories. Points guides you to eat the "right" things, whereas calories kind of teaches you to figure those things out on your own. I heard a lot of people don't stick with WW, though.

They have an awesome, delicious, cheap Fit&Active brand of a cookie dough protein bar. I love those things. Great produce prices, too.

Yep. It sucks at first, I used to drink mine blonde with sugar and creamer. I still use creamer occasionally, but now I just stick with a little milk and splenda. Or just black with spenda. Weighing is fine, but it is so inconvenient. For me, this is a lifestyle, not a diet. I don't want to spend the rest of my life weighing food :) Haha

It was over a few nights, probably a three or four day span

Measuring cups, or it is already pre-portioned

I try to measure everything out. I also scan everything, so I don't think I'm inaccurate.

I need 1800 to maintain, but I ride my bike everywhere and walk around the city since it's a small town. So I'm not totally inactive, but I don't workout (I hate working out).
