Tomorrow will be Day 9 for me. I'm planning on picking up her Killer Buns & Thighs and alternate it with Six Week 6-Pack. Will have to see what they're about though before I know if it will be redundant or not. Then maybe at the end of Jan and into Feb try her Ripped in 30.

Good question about the difference in results vs workout time of day. I wonder the same though I do prefer morning workouts.

I was completely out of sorts last week with the kids home from school. Didn't get many workouts in and after Thanksgiving it seemed I was ravenous.
