I was just given the idea of putting chicken breasts into a crock pot, and pour a jar of salsa over it, and cook thru until the chicken can be shredded. Idea suggestions included using it for chicken tacos or over rice. I'm curious to try it, but alot of people from the website said it was fantastic.

I love the idea of taking Crystal Light packets with you to the restaraunt...I have been having the biggest struggle giving up ordering pop ~ even with it being diet. It may sound silly, but I can't enjoy my meal if I am drinking "just water"...it takes away from the fun of dining out.

I've just started a dvd called 10 Minute Solution (the one I have is Dance It Off and Tone It Up ~ but there are quite a few others).
