It does matter on your life style alot. Males should have more protein. if you do alot of cardio you need more carbs to fuel your workout. fats help your body make testosterone. Google carbs fats and protein and you will see what they all do and help you understand it alot better

I have my goals set at 40 protein 30 fat and carbs. Space out your protein its senseless to eat more 30 carbs at one sitting your body can't absorb that much. I actually lost more weight because I used to weigh 325 pounds at my all time high and now I weigh255 but I don't count that really because I stayed at 305 for a year

I have gotten more attention but I it's usually girls already dating a guy. Have been hit on by a couple of guys to which is ackward to tell them I'm straight and no ty. Are you meeting your protein fat and carb goals? Protein cleans the impurities fat helps with testosterone making process and carbs tells your body your not starving yourself

I do text and play music on my phone but only when I'm on a machine that I'm using my legs like treadmill. Weights is a different story

I have found there is some foods that make it really easy to make your goals. If you need milk for protein shakes almond milk then egg whites instead of whole egg makes a huge difference. Green veggies. And so on

Welcome I've lost 45 so far. It's more then counting calories it's watching everything from carbs protein and fats. And making due you meet your protein goal for sure. And making due you get all your vitamins. I've noticed taking a multivitamin makes a huge difference. Well good luck on your journey
