so I started insanity and according to the nutrition guide i should be eating 1791 calories a day. Im only 5ft and weigh 115 so for me that seems like a lot! Im assuming that Im only burning around 250-300 calories doing the insanity workouts because Im so small so I really dont know if I should eat 1791 or stick to the 1400-1500 ive been eating. I dont feel tired, and usually I feel too full to eat more than that throughout the day. Thoughts anyone?

It always makes sense to me to stop eating when you're full.0

Listen to your body. Eat your normal 1400-1500 calories and if you feel hungrier, eat more.0

All you can do is make a plan, stick with it, look at the results over a time period of at least a few weeks and make adjustments. Not rocket science, but daily adjustments of calories is.0
