Thanks Guys! The reason Im asking is that I find it easy to build muscle but very hard to reduce belly flab, since I've started using MFP i've made some progress but i don't want to compromise on my energy levels for my workout.

Thanks guys, the reason i'm asking is because I never factor in my calorie burn during weight training, it's pretty intensive though. I normally run 5 times a week and so far thats the only calorie burn i've been monitoring.
