Is it true that eating after 8pm makes weight loss difficult? I can't eat before 9-930 because my work-out routine normally ends around 830.

As long as you maintain a calorie deficit, how early or late you eat does not have any effect on weight loss.0

And what about sleeping patterns, how long after eating is it best to go to bed?0

Whenever you're tired? Again, it doesn't matter when you eat as long as you're maintaining a calorie deficit. Timing doesn't have anything to do with weight loss, just if you're burning more calories than you're taking in.0
