You cannot taste it at all! My favorite protein shake/smoothie is: 1 small banana 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 1 scoop whey protein (I use chocolate peanut butter) 2 oz baby spinach 4 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk ( or whatever milk you like) It's very good!

I just finished level 1 day 2. I did 30DS last summer and had good results so I'm hoping for the same or better this time! Good luck to everyone, we can all do it! :-)

yeah it was tough, I definitely surprised myself! I did it along the back wall of the gym just in case I lost my balance :-)
