Ready to tone those legs and buttocks!! Tuesday will be the Squat challenge. Let's try and reach 100 squats by the end of the day tomorrow. Of course if you can do more, that will only be more beneficial to you!!
This challenge is for any and everyone to join. Just come back here and report how many you have done. If you have any other fitness challenge ideas, please let us know...

try and split the 100 throughout the day...you can do it!!0 -
I'm certainly not an expert, just wanted to remind you to keep your weight back on your heels when you do them, because if you put it forward, it will strain your knees. I have done 50.0

This was an idea started by Grimlock, he did a pushup challenge yesterday and wednesday is the jumping jacks...so today someone said let's do squats...LEGGO!!!0 -

My 100 squats are done! And let me just say that doing my 1/2 hour walk after (which involves going down 8 flights of stairs & several hills) is a little difficult after that! Quite the work out for me today... I feel the burn:-)0
