one of the things they say on p90x is an injury doesn't always mean stop (although you know your body best) but work around it. I had a few days that I knew if I worked a body part, I would regret it. take the time you need, sometimes a day makes a world of difference, but maybe there's a way around the issue as well. good…

lol. I just made the change after not losing much for a few weeks......turned up the calories and started eating 6 times a day...my body loved it and my weight started dropping days after. it's so counter intuitive, but it feels great to be eating decent sized meals again. Actually felt guilty for the first few days.

I'm half way through p90x and my weight stopped dropping about 3 weeks ago......I sat back and evaluated what I was doing and what I could be doing wrong. P90X takes fuel.....plenty of it....mfp is a calorie deficit program. The 2 don't co-exist very well (for me) I started eating more,more often (6 meals a day @ 300-400…

I'm absolutely not a doctor (I didn't even stay in a holiday inn express last night) I wouldn't suggest cramming too much of anything in yourself to offset anything else (such as sodium/potassium) obviously, if you have a pre-existing health issue, all bets are off and just consult with your doctor.

I prelog when I can...for me it makes it easy to reconcile how the rest of my day should go mealwise. I also try to get the bulk of my calories into me earlier in the day if possible to give me time to digest...it's been a combination that works for me to this point. if I'm close on calories, then I know I have to put in…

I'm right there with you....I hear tofu and I shiver a bit.....until I tried it a couple different ways. it's banana flavour so all you taste is banana, and it's really creamy.

my new found fave. 1 cup chocolate almond milk 1/2 cup strawberries 1/2 cup bananas 1/2 150g container of banana tofu dessert. I blend this and split it with my wife...150 cal each but tastes like 4 times that.

I'm not a water drinker either...but I discovered MIO. I can put away my daily 8 glasses in no time with just a small shot of that stuff.....it's really changed my view on water intake completely.
