For those who got the error page on the BL site....at the top of that page you will see a tab that says *Teams*. Click on that tab and it will allow you to sign up and search for the MFP team. As of a few minutes ago, this team has pledged 940 lbs of food and we are ranked 17!!

I guess it depends on what you are trying to determine. A sports bra is meant to be snug so you will measure smaller. A regular bra is not, so will give you a more accurate number to what your actual breast size is.

I do the same thing....4 hours of shopping equals 2 hours of walking at a slow pace. I always underestimate on the exercise and overestimate on the calories (if I am unsure).

I agree with Ruth...walk up an down those bleachers and count it as stair climbing. Or maybe walk around the outside of the pool a time or two in between matches. Park far from the entrance and make a few trips to the car. Walk fast!! Good luck to your son!! :)

One thing to consider, as well, is that when you are on the treadmill it is a guaranteed 3.5 speed. You can't really slow down the pace without changing the settings.
