            First gotta say, so glad someone started this challenge. Great idea and super motivating. And for my numbers:
 Monday (12/6): 829 calories burned- 1hr treadmill (2.8 mile) and 1hr weight lifting (chest, shoulders, triceps)
 Tuesday (12/7) 784 calories burned- 1hr treadmill (2.5 mile) and 1hr weight lifting (back, traps, biceps)
 Wednes (12/8) 784 calories burned- 1hr treadmill (2.5 mile) and 1hr weight lifting (legs, abs, obliques)
 Thurs (12/9) 407 caloriesburned- 1hr weigh lifting (chest, shoulders, triceps) note: rough day 
 Friday (12/10) 1586 calories burned- 1hr treadmill (2.5 mile); 1hr weight lifting (back traps, biceps) 4.5 mile walk outside
 Sat (12/11) 666 calories burned- 4 mile walk outside (in 1 hour)
 Sun (12/12) DAY OF REST
 Total burn: 5056. Yay!!!!! Didn't know I had it in me. This week I am shooting for 7000.0

 Fri: 1187 calories total... 52mins on Eliptical and 15mins of a kettlebell circuit.

 Tues: 406 (golf-I probably burned more from shivering and jumping up and down trying to keep warm!)
 Wednesday:901 (spinning, abs and stretching)
 Thur:817 (arc trainer and various machines440; vigorous house cleaning 377)
 Fri: 0-son had surgery
 Sat:168 (short run)
 Sun:406 (elliptical, treadmill intervals and abs)
 Total: 3566

 Won't be doing next weeks challenge, workout time will be minimal until he is home from the hospital (hopefully Tuesday) and then he will need somebody with him so can only workout when husband or older son is here. good luck everybody! I'll be back!0
