Well first I did low carb diet, but I didnt recommend it because you will be desperate to eat carbs and you have to start to eat it slowly if you dont want to gain your weight back, and It is too hard to follow it, atkins diet for being more specific. I did insanity, blogilates, kick boxing, sometimes running and walking,…

OF COURSE NOT. Go ahead and ask your doctor. You can be like this all your life just ask and your doctor will know what happens. They always have a solution and you will feel better and more happy :)
