I am not really sure what i am doing wrong so please some one look at my diary and see kuz i feel like i am working out so hard but not going anywhere and the majority of the time i am under my calorie intake for the day. My my diary is open so any comments or suggestions would be great

I suggest increase your protein intake and less fat
maybe it could work.

I see you joined last month, though not sure what day and you've lost 4 lbs. 1/2 to 1 lb a week is healthy weight loss, so not sure I'd say you're not going anywhere.
I looked at the last few days of your diary and I think you eat really well, just not enough. It looks like you put in some good workouts too, so on those days a protein shake after your workout would help add needed protein plus some calories.0 -
I look at a few days...you aren't eating enough, your putting your body into starvation mode. Take a look at these post
