Switch it up a little. Do something different in your ecercise routine. The other thing is that you could have put on more muscle so check your measurements.

I have real bad planta fescitis. Does it hurt when you first get out of bed in the morning. What I do is I take a towel and place it under the top of my foot and pull back this stretches that plantar out. Always eat or drink a protein shake within 30 minutes of working out. Make sure you drink plenty of water. I dont eat all my calories back that I burn at the gym but I definetly eat every 2-3 hrs to keep my metabolism going.
