my weight loss has stopped!

last week i lost 3 pounds, now so far this week, i've put a pound back on and it just hasn't changed.
i havn't changed my eating, im exercising the same - if not more.

can any one help, i'm going on holiday in 2 weeks and i wanna lose 6 - 10 pounds before it.
any tips, food or exercises that can help me lose weight faster?

    I can't see what you are eating since you have not opened up your food diary. Are you weighing and measuring your food? Getting rid of white flour, white sugar and high fructose corn syrup? Eat every 2 to 3 hours during the day starting within 1 hour of waking up. Keep your sodium under 700 mgs per meal.

    Loosing that much weight in such a short time is not healthy, you should be aiming for 1-2 pounds per week which would be 2-4 pounds in 2 weeks, unless you are severely overweight than 2-3 pounds per week is reasonable.

    Switch it up a little. Do something different in your ecercise routine. The other thing is that you could have put on more muscle so check your measurements.

    i dont really know what else i can do with the exercise. i can't afford to join a gym, so i'm limited to stuff at home. i do play badminton every week, and try to go swimming every week.

    the main reason i wanna lose weight is to sort my legs out! i just want em a bit thinner round my thighs, but all weight seems to come off my stomach, and i'd like em to be more toned....
  • Try to eat in moderation and add more fruits and veggies if you haven't already to your diet. Avoid fried foods and if you go to fast food places avoid the fries and burgers.
