  • Wow, Im confused. I thought the point of doing exercise is to burn off calories so that you can actually lose weight. I have been eating to my (and sometimes SOMETIMES over if ive done exercise) calorie goal of 1200 and i never try to go over if ive exercised because then whats the point? i dont understand how it works…
