I'm at the end of my 2nd week and I love it! It's fast and she's motivating throughout. I feel like she kicks my butt but I feel great when it's done. Have you looked at any of the Biggest Loser dvds? They usually have the contestants on the show in them and most of the time they are still at a higher weight then the end of their season...

I eat all the stuff I don't like first, especially veggies that get cold fast! I try to fill up on the healthy stuff before I get to the "good stuff". Also, can't have my food touching... and I eat all of one thing and then the next... Don't like mixing foods, but yet I love caseroles! If its made together I'm all good...…

I'm on D3-L1 and its going good so far. I can do a little more each day and I'm not as sore as I was after day 1. Looking forward to seeing some major results at the end! I've never been able to finish it before... but then again I was never really in the right mind frame when I started... That's different this time…

I take Women's One A Day Active Metabolism and really feel great and energized all day long :) I got them at Target and was able to use a Target coupon and a Manufacturer coupon... they ended up about $3.50 for a bottle of 50!

Ditto girls!! I was just looking into this too but worried about being "too beginner" to handle it? It looks like fun and seems like it would work. I'm doing 30DS now too and Jillian annoys me. I liked her on BL and she seems nice but she just bugs me on the dvds!

Okay... now I want a HRM... I'd agree... 1. MFP 2. Food scale 3. Home elliptical 4. Gym membership 5. Some home DVDs and hand weights 6. Good shoes 7. Smartphone (music for working out and MFP app to log) 8. 100 days of Weight Loss book for motivation on those days you need it!
