1. My MFP membership. I know that's cheating because it's free, but I honestly do not think I'd have stuck with it this far if not for MFP.
2. My digital food scale. I had no clue what portions really looked like. The first time I saw what the portions were supposed to look like, I couldn't believe how small they were. Now, I can't believe I used to eat as much as I used to.

I think my best purchase for my Get Fit Journey is my Nike + sneakers, Ipod. I can not wait to get going in the morning. I love tracking how far I walked, what my pace is and how many calaries I burned. It makes me think this lifestyle change really isn't so bad.0

Gym membership. 2 hours after joining I was at my goal weight lol. Seriously, I have access to so much equipment I need while I get my body back to 'normal'.0

The thing that's helped me most so far was actually free -- a membership to MFP.

2.) ProduceSaver bowls. They keep my fruits & vegy's fresher & I don't waste nearly as much as I used to.
3.) My new digital scale. I find I use it just cuz it's "fun"! lol :laugh:0
