What was your best purchase?

I've decided that the three best purchases I made to help aid me in my weight loss journey were a Brita water pitcher, a reusable water bottle, and Crystal Light packets. I'm drinking more water than I ever have before and can't imagine how hungry I would feel if in addition to cutting my calories I was dehydrated!

I stopped drinking soda three weeks ago and don't miss it at all!!

What did you purchase to help you with your weight loss journey??

First, Very definitely an accurate kitchen scale.
Second, a membership to Jazzercise. What a Motivating group of ladies!
    Third, a pair of Asics.

I'd say a gym membership but I get free access.

There are many but the absolute best would be the jogging stroller. Without it, there would have been a ton of days I would have been stuck inside doing a workout dvd instead of running.

I have a belt that holds 4 - 10 oz bottles. On long runs, I fill 2 with water and 2 with Powerade. Otherwise I'd have to drive out and put drinks along my route. On really hot days, I freeze the bottles ... but by the time I'm to the last one, it's melted and hot. :(

    Hydration Belt?

If I had to choose one, my sports bras would probably be it. I refuse to exercise without them, and any form of exercise is helpful.

Otherwise, I do love certain water bottles, my Turbo Jam DVDs and my jump rope. I also have some dumb bells and resistance bands that I love.

Gym membership, definitely! After that, I would have to say my New Balance HRM. It has been a godsend and I couln't imagine not using it now.

 HRM (New Balance N4) - Tells me how many calories I really burn, and keeps me challenged to do well.

:drinker: Unsweetened Almond Milk --replaced cows milk all together, and it has about 1/2 the calories of skim, that I can use elsewhere or drink double the milk as before!

 Saucony running shoes. Lots of padding in the sole, so I can stay out there walking longer. Used to be my feet got sore, so I'd have to stop before the rest of me wanted to.
