Nature's own makes a bread that is 35 calories a slice. Its not bad.

I'm in I have been trying this with out logging to see how things work out last week no gain but no loss either. I only have 5 more to lose so if I can do it in October that would be great. Those last 5 are the hard ones though. Good luck everyone.

I am also doing the C25K. How's it going for you? I am on week 4. I repeated week 3. I have never been a runner either so I don't know how it will turn out. But my cousin's wife did this and she now runs all the time.

Do you think the cocoa butter will work on old ones or at least help them out? I read on another stretch mark post to use cocoa butter.

I know right someone out there has had to try it. My youngest is about to be 6 so mine are old too. I really just have them on my belly. I see lots of people have viewed this but no one is posting anything. Everyone must be wonder if anyone has any suggestions.

After reading on their website it says it works best on new stretch marks and mine are very old so I don't think I would was my money but if anyone knows anything out there that will help please share. There is a 4 dollar off coupon on the website that you can print if anyone is using this product.

You have to be 18 to create an account on MFP and if you lie it is gonna say your under weight because it thinks you are 18. I was gonna create on for my 9 year old son.

The only house work I log is when I am cleaning a clients house. Thats what I do clean a few houses. But then I only log as light house work and cut the time. I donLt want to take the chance of eating calories I really did't burn.

You can do it. Just stay focused on what you want to do. I have days when I want to eat all day too. I usually can convince my self to eat something healthy or just try and hold out until the next meal. I don't like to have to log all the bad stuff and what not. The more you get out there and exercise the easier it becomes and the better you feel after doing it. I didn't go to the gym today so I had to go for a walk. I just had to do something. Just think of the good things you are doing for your body, your health. It'll be worth it in the end!!!

I also crave chocolate at my TOM which is also right now so far this time I have done good. But the skinny cow chocolate brownie ice cream is excellent. I love it. I like to have it when I get the kids a treat.

I was just looking at the body bugg I didn't know what it was. You also have to pay a monthly subscription after your first 6 months or something like that of 9.95 a month or like 49.95 for six months.

I have only been on MFP for about a week so I don't know if I am suppose to eat more to consume those calories earned by exercise. I try not to necessarily consume them but I am glad sometimes I have them, So I don't go over my calories for the day. I am still trying to figure out the best and healthiest way to get enough…
