Protein
MFP has my protein at 65 grams. I have seen things that it should be a gram per pound of body weight when working out building muscle. I have no idea what is best. I go over sometimes but no where near a gram per body weigh pound if that makes any sense. Please help if any one has any info or articles. Thanks

Stretch Marks and New Mederma Cream
Has anyone tried the new mederma for stretch marks? If so has it helped. I really don't want to pay 40 bucks for something that don't work.

I can't seem to get enough fiber in my diet. Any ideas how to incorporate it in? With what foods? Thanks

The heat
Does any one find it hard to exercise when it is so darn hot? I live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia and today it was well I don't know the high but with the heat index at 5:14 pm it still feels like 102 according to TWC. That is crazy and tomorrow heat index of 109 and Thursday 112 that is just absolutely way to hot…
