Protein

MFP has my protein at 65 grams. I have seen things that it should be a gram per pound of body weight when working out building muscle. I have no idea what is best. I go over sometimes but no where near a gram per body weigh pound if that makes any sense. Please help if any one has any info or articles. Thanks

    search the message boards as just this morning there were a couple of articles posted about it.
  • i used to have a personal trainer and he always said for weight loss and muscle building you want high protein. ex: 60 percent protein 30 carbs 10 fat....more protein is deffinatly better then not enough in my opinion but ultimatly the decission is up to you...
