MFP has my protein at 65 grams. I have seen things that it should be a gram per pound of body weight when working out building muscle. I have no idea what is best. I go over sometimes but no where near a gram per body weigh pound if that makes any sense. Please help if any one has any info or articles. Thanks

i used to have a personal trainer and he always said for weight loss and muscle building you want high protein. ex: 60 percent protein 30 carbs 10 fat....more protein is deffinatly better then not enough in my opinion but ultimatly the decission is up to you...0
