I can't seem to get enough fiber in my diet. Any ideas how to incorporate it in? With what foods? Thanks

I take a powder called Psyllium Husk Powder.. It's 8-9 grams of fiber per 1 rounded teaspoon.. I take 2 rounded teaspoons a day.. I am veryy regular. I begain doing this and dropped 3 lbs in my colon.. I usually just mix it up with some crystal light and choke it down. It's all natural. Yerba Prima makes one and also I have found it at Wal-Mart.. It was call Konsyl. Hope this helps.0
