It felt so good! I think I may have to do two weeks of each, instead of one, because I think it was a bit harder than it should have been, but, I did it!! Though I stopped during two of the 60sec runs, one because my ipod fell, and one because a dog jumped on me, LOL!
I can't wait to do it again though!

That's awesome! Did it track that through your shoe? I was looking at them at the Nike store yesterday. As soon as my shoes are done I'm getting a pair with the transponder do dad! Do you love them?0

awesome i am on Week 2 day 3 tomorrow. I love it. Not sure about week 3 yet with those 3 minute runs might be doing week 2 again as well. good luck.0

I'm still waiting for my shoes(Asics) and insoles to arrive, I was just using my old Pumas today, I can't wait to see how much better it feels with proper shoes! I probably should have waited, but I was too excited! How cool is it that you can see the intervals in the graph??? I love it!!0 -

I have had to repeat week one then moved on to week 2 but I think im going to have to repeat it before going to week 3 so hopefully insted of 9 weeks at least by 20 weeks I will be able to go for 30 minutes withough stopping! Good luck to you! Glad you like it!0

I'm new here.
I also am on Week 2. I did Day 1 last night. I wonder if I'll ever stop dreading the running part?
It's too hot to do outside right now so I am using the treadmill with a bit of an incline. Is that OK?
I've never been a runner, but I would like to try to run a 5K!0
