  • I really enjoy playing squash. It's is one of the best calorie burning exrecises you can do and so enjoyable. You can burn over 1000cals in 60mins. But the best way to know how many calories you are burning during any exercise is using a Heart Rate Monitor with a chest strap.

  • You really need to eat more I think. I had the same reaction a few weeks ago and when I looked back at my nutritional report it was obvious that I hadn't eaten enough. Give it a try and see. Remember, an engine cannot run on empty!

  • Hi, I would love to join this group. I would be over the moon if i could lose a stone by christmas and get fitter. I play squash 4 nights a week so i'm not that unfit.
