That sounds like some really good goals...I think I am going to try to go to gym at least 4-5 times this week, and maybe to the park at least once. My main thing is to watch my nutrition!

I also have joined WW. My job brought it to us as one of their incentives to encourage a healthier lifestyle. They pay half, so I definitely could not pass up the deal.
