You've got to eat more than that. Got to build up muscle to burn that fat and if you don't eat enough you won't build muscle. Oh, and Let's Gooooooooooooooo Mountaineers!

I'm sitting here with my stomach growling and I've had 1515 calories today. I guess we need to get more protein to keep our hunger down.

Hide the scale in the closet and take it out once a week

I hang up pictures of myself around my place of when I was at my heaviest (280) and seeing that just sort of makes me mad to the point where I refuse to slack off. Also, before you bed you might write something positive down for you to read the next morning to motivate you.

Well, your metabolism is probably higher and your core body temp is probably warmer because of that. Sweat is the body's way of cooling itself so it makes more sense to me that a fit person would sweat more.

More reps with less weight with little rest between sets. It really speeds the heart up more and burns more calories along with toning up. Muscle & Fitness has some really good routines. I found the one I use in there and have loved the results.

Between working 60-80 hours a week during the school year, I love having the summer to watch what I eat and spend time in the gym or walking or anything outside. I would try to stick with the same schedule if you do well during the school year. Try to eat the same things at the same times. If you get hungry in between…

That is awesome. Congratulations! Every one of those pounds lost speaks highly of you and your efforts.
