Hey MissTanya! I've tried them years ago and liked the results i got. Unfortunately, I'm a food lover and gained all of my weight back after I stopped drinking them. But, they did excellent for me!0

I haven't used the product you're asking about, but I think the key with ANY 'drink' that supposedly promotes weight loss is that you have to work calories in versus calories out. If you just 'drink' the drink with no thoughts regarding the other foods you put into your body, you're probably not going to get the results you want. I see on the label that it also promotes an exercise component as well. THAT is going to be key to losing weight.
My only concern is that it contains artificial sweeteners. I'm not a big fan of them...
Best of luck on your fitness journey!0 -

I was just in GNC yesterday and spent an hour talking to the manager. She was extremely helpful! I went their for supplements to help with my clinical depression and anxiety because i am sick of the side effects of pharmaceutical meds. I have been seeing an herbal therapist for guidance. Anyway, they had the single packets of this on sale for 99c so I bought one chocolate and one vanilla. I tried these shakes when they first came out years ago and did not really like them. They were very watery tasting even with milk and/or soy and they did not keep me full. She mentioned it has been reformulated and suppress her appetite quite well. They have a decent amount of fiber and protein in them. Not to mention a good mix of vitamins as well. I figured it was worth a sample pack. The manager said she does one every morning for breakfast and has lost weight just doing that and she seemed to really like them. Like many, I prefer the action of eating rather than drinking, but I also don't always like to cook. If they taste good, mix well, and keep me full feeling, it might just be worth the investment, especially during gold card members week when they tend to always been on sale.0
