Must admit I skipped it yesterday :noway: but am back on it today!! I'm quite looking forward to level 2 now as I am slightly bored of doing the same thing everyday! Actually miss the gym!

My dvd just arrived in the post! Starting today :S What weights are you going to use? I am going to have to use soup cans or something as i don't own weights haha x p.s i've just joined the group :smile:
