Question about 30 day shred..
I'm thinking of buying the DVD having seen everyone's results on here, but do you need anything (like weights etc) to do the exercises? Probably won't buy it if so. Thanks! Also - how long is the workout?

Just logged my second day..
.. and going OK so far. Pretty sure I've left my diary open so please take a look. As you can see maltesers are my downfall! But managed to stay under the cal limit so far. I've been logging absolutely everything - even chewing gum!! Please let me know if you have any comments on my diary xx
