Question about 30 day shred..

I'm thinking of buying the DVD having seen everyone's results on here, but do you need anything (like weights etc) to do the exercises? Probably won't buy it if so.

Also - how long is the workout?

    all you need is hand weights. I suggest 3 pound weights. I tried 5 and didnt realize how heavy they get :) you can also improvise and use two cans of soup. Its a great workout! I have been working out mon-fri. for over a year at the gym. Im on day 8 level one of 30DS and already lost almost an inch around my stomach and chest. Just remember when you start the first 3 days are the hardest but after that your good to go. Best of luck!

    The workout is 20 minutes. You should have some a pair of weights, something lighter than what you would use at the gym, as you do many, many repetitions.

    the workout is about 26 min. that includes warm up and stretching at the end. goes by really fast.
