10 for awesome results!

I think it's a natural way, at first you need programs, cause you don't know what works and what does not and so on. But after some time you are able to figure out yourself, what parts do you like and profit from the most. The biggest point is that you are active. As long as you are doing something that will make your HR…

Super power to eat whatever I want and not get fat! :D

1. Love of working out. Love the feeling, love to spend energy to have energy. 2. Intermittent Fasting 16/8. Working wonders. A great way to keep calorie deficit and be in more control over my food intake. 3. Logging my workouts. In Polarpersonaltrainer, Endomondo, MFP and Fitocracy. It's great to keep track and be able to…

P90X, Insanity will kick your *kitten* in your own house very effectively. I didn't go to gym for 3 years in a row, cause I was just doing P90X, P90X+ and P90X2 at home. Tried Insanity but it didn't really suit me, cause there's just way too much jumping and my knees started to hurt.

That being said, half a banana or something similar 30-60 minutes before workout will not hurt you, just don't eat a big meal for at least 2 hours before workout, cause digesting takes some energy and you will unnecessarily stress your body. Besides feeling bloated while working out does not feel good.

I follow 16/8 intermittent fasting. That means my first meal is at 1pm. Generally I don't work out in the mornings, but on Sundays I run a bootcamp class, so that means my previous meal was at 9pm last night, waking up at 9am, cycling to the park that's 11km away from my house, giving a bootcamp session (I'm a proactive…

If you hold your breath throughout really heavy lifts, this is likely to happen to you http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMrEodLXc-g

Unless you can get someone to break their kneecaps, get noise blocking earphones, turn up the volume, listen to favorite music while running, and try not to pay attention to *kitten*.

With such a high activity output with no rest days you are moving to injury land. Exercise isn't always more=better. Your body needs off days to repair and recover. 30min - 1 hour is more than enough when it comes to cardio. And you should have at least 1 day per week where you don't exercise at all. Also I agree, with…

Judging by your profile picture you are skinny as it is, so no 10 lbs a month would be only possible if you had bigger fat storage. The fitter you are the harder it is to lose weight. Just eat healthy and exercise for like 4-5 days a week for the rest of the month, it's the best way to get positive results for that…

Cause I feel like crap when I'm out of shape and not exercising.

You look leaner, but to get greater results implement weight lifting into your program. It will shape your body much better than running could ever do. And not in a bulky way, women can't really get bulky without steroids, it's even hard for men to get huge muscle growth, for women it's almost impossible.

Totally agree with people suggesting reducing cardio and adding weights. Your lower body is clearly getting too much stress while your upper body gets close to no workout. Workouts work the best way if you let your musclegroups rest and recover. You should do a split. Do a class of your regular aerobic stuff, then on the…

Currently according to BMI I am obese. Even at my top shape with about 10% bodyfat, according to BMI I was overweight. So yeah, BMI is a bit of a BS.

@MrsPhan11 very beautiful smile and a great body too ;)

Screw the weight. It's only a number. So what if it did not go down, you are exercising and eating healthy, that should be the goal, not weightloss.

Got a tribal pattern around my left bicep about 10 years ago (visible on few of my profile pics). Can't say I regret it, but not overly proud of it either.

MEh, When I work out, I'm in the zone, I have my earbuds with favorite music, I don't go to gym to socialize, I don't give a rats *kitten* if it's full of noobs or oldies or empty, I do my routine and gtfo. I don't have time nor wish to assess other people's fitness level when I got my own to work on.

My favorite quote is "Change happens when pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change." And it is my favorite quote, because it applies to pretty much anyone. Only when your husband will realize that working out and denying himself that dessert is better than feeling weak and fat all day everyday, only then…

Do not worry about the muscle. Contrary to common belief women don't get bulky without steroids. Check out this link, it's all explained in a very simple way - http://www.fitnessandhealthscience.org/fitness/gettingtoobig.htm As for the weight not dropping as fast as you would like - I know it can be a bit frustrating, but…
