we have a rule in our house. if husband shaves his beard then i will shave my legs. :bigsmile: also sometimes my leg hair bothers me. it gets pulled in the pants or socks that i wear then i know that i am past due for a touch up...

I have weak ankles to. i did some exercise that helped (gonna take some time) and also had some very good(and by that i mean expensive) ankle brace . now i dont need the brace any more, but still do some of the exercises.

sorry but i have no idea what 5 points mean. (WW) but i do know that cookie that i just ate has 100 calories and lots of it comes from sugar and fat. (MFP) the difference is ACTUALLY learning what you are putting into your body. p.s if you are starving i suggest fooling around with your intake levels

i bet that its the number that is bothering you more then anything. you still came under your Goal of the day. if you want you can go for a little walk. sometimes when i feel that i over did it, it makes me feel better to know that i did something about it.

Look at all the foods that are in your diary look to see what ones have the highest sugars and stop eating those. (Not the fruit tho. that is good sugar!)
