A 700 calorie dinner....and I feel CRAP!

As you can see from today's diary - I have eaten my normal breakfast and lunch (even though I only started logging again yesterday)

But after reading all of those things saying that I should eat back my exercise calories - I thought I would try and eat some more calories to bump up the numbers.
So I had Quorn chilli on a jacket potato - and I had 2 slices of Weight Watchers bread. I also added 25g of cheese to bulk the cals up!
And I now feel like I should have eaten half of it!! Bleuuurrggghhhhhhh

I don't understannnndddd!!

i bet that its the number that is bothering you more then anything. you still came under your Goal of the day.

if you want you can go for a little walk. sometimes when i feel that i over did it, it makes me feel better to know that i did something about it.

You shouldn't force yourself to eat just to get your number up. If you weren't counting calories you wouldn't do it, and you would still be fine. It's really not bad to be under your goal.

Thanks!! Makes me feel much better than some of the other thingys saying that you need to eat your exercise calories not the plateau!

What do you mean? You feel like crap as in, you feel guilty for eating that much? Or physically? If you're overfilling your stomach at one meal then of course you're going to feel uncomfortable.

you're still at only around 1300 cals for the day, which i'm guessing still puts you in a sizable caloric deficit. what is your issue, just that you feel full or remorseful, what exactly?

I feel full, like PROPERLY full! And then I know it's not good to feel properly full - as I've probably overdone it!! And then that makes me feel rubbish, because I know I shouldn't have stretched my stomach to eat it!
