  • I do cardio every day for 60 mins on the treadmill, and also do 20 mins of circuit training daily.....one day ( usually on the weekend) I give myself one day of 30 min only cardo. You know what they say, or have said in the past anyway......." No pain, no gain"

  • Thanks, That photo was taken inside a Split rock Lighthouse along the North shore of Lake superior......absolutly breathtaking scenery!!! If you ever have a chance to take the drive its wonderful !!!!
  • I just shared a half of a 10 oz steak with my daughter the other day, my half was about the size of my palm, and 1 & 1/2 inches or so thick......so that would have been 5 oz. hope that helps.

I love this site, so far it is the most wonderful thing I have found to keep me motivated.......my hubby and I are going on our first tropical vacation in our 21 years of marriage...and this site has been a blessing for me to get beach ready.....
