i have KFC a least once a month, during my cheat day...i consider it a treat, but i dont eat as much as i used coz when i eat way too much i feel really bad and guilty.

Im 5'4 and started at 100kg... adding u up. ive already lost 5kg so far since April, my loss is slow, but the point there is Im losing it, i have no deadline so that i wont be pressured ill just take things slow.

Im an artist :) i do charcoal, pastel, watercolor though its been a long time since ive actally drawn anything using the traditional method. Most of the things i do now are digital and i do photography. Ill add you up :) Cheers

days like this i rest (i also call my cheat day)..and make sure to workout the next day....and as long as i make sure that i dont have BLAH days more than twice a week eheheh

I wanted to start this, but my friend advised me that i shouldnt start yet because im still big, that i should start when i reach 85-80kgs to avoid injuries (im currently 96kg) any opinions?

swimming :D i burn around 500+ for just 30 minutes :D im also walk for 1hr (semi-fast pace, brisk) jogging for 1 mnute then 10min walk then 1min (or less) rest and do the whole thing again till i reach 60 mins. I add some strength training too once or twice a week :) Zumba - its loads of fun and also a great calorie burner…

honey, 70 lbs is an amazing accomplishment. What matters is what you see on the mirror if you look soo much thinner than you were (and i see a huge difference with 70lbs off based on your photo) then you should be happy. Im trying to lose 80lbs and just started. So pick yourself up and dont cry, forget what the BMI says…

ill add you and everyone else can add me too if they want, i need more friends with the same weight for motivation in 2008 i used to be a size 22 (260 lbs and i think higher) i seriously started in MFP at 220lbs just last month...im now 211 lbs....i have at least 80 more pounds to lose
