Haha I know! Once you open a chocolate bar you can't save some for later ;) But good advice, I should try paying more attention to protein and carbs and see how that change my appetite during the day.

Actually the last year that I was "maintaining", my plan was still losing, but I kept going up a few hundred every day and so the plan changed from "losing on 1500cal" to "maintaining on 1900cal". Hahaha I was exactly like that. I had an unhealthy meal a day and I was like "well today was ruined so I may as well eat whatever I want for the rest of the day" :laugh: It's really necessary for ppl like us to log in our food, that's when the magic happens for me and I start losing weight!

It's hard for me too, but I'm getting better at saying no to pizza and just ordering a healthi(er) chicken or salad when everyone else is having pizza and fries :laugh: It does get easier with time!
