I don't need to pig out!

Today I had a cappuccino and croissant for breakfast. Then I had a slice of pizza and wine for lunch. Unhealthy and fattening stuff. But oddly enough, but entering in my calories on this site, I see that I have not blown it for the day, and I can still eat soup for dinner and stay within my calorie allotment. Obviously I can't eat pizza and croissants every day while trying to lose weight. But I guess in the past, I FOR SURE would have pigged out for the rest of the day, knowing that today "I had already blown the diet, so why not eat everything in sight and start tomorrow?" I LOVE THIS SITE!

That's why I love this site (and the phone app). I've learned how to eat in moderation.0

That's so true about figuring you've already blown the day so why not just finish it off with bad food! Lol
I love this site and the people, also. It's funny reading other peoples posts and seeing that they think the same way and do/say the same things I do when I sometimes think it's only me thinking that way!
Good job and keep it up.0 -
Hahaha I was exactly like that. I had an unhealthy meal a day and I was like "well today was ruined so I may as well eat whatever I want for the rest of the day" It's really necessary for ppl like us to log in our food, that's when the magic happens for me and I start losing weight!0
