Honestly, I just got the heck up and got active! And stopped stuffing my face! I try to eat alot of protein and work out an hour a day or at least 3 times a week...

My advice would be save your money... I too have thought of trying different products... but I agree as in there are no magic pills or shortcuts... best thing is eat less and healthier and exercise!

Thanks... i opened my diary up to friends... dunno about for everyone lol! Im going to try the eat more... I think my biggest problem is that I eat under my MFP cals and exercise cals... I average around 1000 a day. MFP says I should eat 1400 a day... So Im going to try and eat at least that.

Im 5'2 and weigh 215 right now started in January at 240. Im setting smaller goals so I dont get dicouraged to easily. I set first goal to be 215 by march 31st and made it. My next goal is to loose 20 pounds by June 1st... Not off to a good start... Id love to get down to around 150lbs someday....

I know exactly how you feel... My hubby is the same way. And when I try to talk to him about it he gets defensive... I just try and eat a smaller portion and try to get him to eat earlier!
