Hello
I am looking for some healthy helpful diet & exercise tips and tricks.
I have managed to look 25lbs and now fear I will get stuck if I don't continue to change up my workouts and diet. I have found in the past with myself and family that if you just continue to do the same thing day in and day out you get stuck. I am trying to do different workouts and keep my diet healthy, not so easy.
If you have any suggestions or tips or tricks that have worked for you please share Thank you

Im going to try the eat more...
I think my biggest problem is that I eat under my MFP cals and exercise cals... I average around 1000 a day. MFP says I should eat 1400 a day... So Im going to try and eat at least that.0 -
Suck in your stomach while you're walking around (or sitting or running or what have you) for a little bonus ab workout.0
