Helpful & Healthy Suggestions

Hello :)

I am looking for some healthy helpful diet & exercise tips and tricks.

I have managed to look 25lbs and now fear I will get stuck if I don't continue to change up my workouts and diet. I have found in the past with myself and family that if you just continue to do the same thing day in and day out you get stuck. I am trying to do different workouts and keep my diet healthy, not so easy.

If you have any suggestions or tips or tricks that have worked for you please share :) Thank you :)

    you can take a look at my food diary for suggestions..
    maybe open yours so people can give tips?

    Thanks... i opened my diary up to friends... dunno about for everyone lol!

    Im going to try the eat more...


    I think my biggest problem is that I eat under my MFP cals and exercise cals... I average around 1000 a day. MFP says I should eat 1400 a day... So Im going to try and eat at least that.

    Suck in your stomach while you're walking around (or sitting or running or what have you) for a little bonus ab workout.
