Same thing happens to me when I do Zumba, body combat etc. It is very annoying. my old run down sneakers I never have a problem with. I have tried several different style of sneakers and inserts and it keeps happening. It is a mystery to me. I think it has to do with the shoes but what?????

Love it and I couldn't agree more. This is not a "diet" it is a life style and lady, I can tell you I want that cookie, beer, fries every now and then. Indulgence seems to be working for me as I have lost 21 lbs so far. :happy:

I eat raw almonds unsalted everyday at work as a snack. When I am feeling hungry it settles my hunger pangs. I have been "off track" lately but stilled seemed to have a 2.5 weight loss this week. couldn't figure out how I could have lost. Maybe it's the Almonds!:happy:

My SW was 195 and I have lost 19 lbs. One of my co workers commented yesterday that I had lost some weight. Of course she works at a different job site so she doesn't see me everday. It felt good for someone to finally notice! You will get there too!

I have fallen in love with everything bagels. 110 calories and I Usually put sliced deli turkey deli on it. (50 calories) I eat it in the car on my way to work. or I put lite cream cheese. other options (for when I arrive at work is 1/2 cup plain greek yougart, frozen unsweetened fruit. I always snack on a banana too.…

This is the start of my second week on a 1200 calories a day. I started at 195. my friend has been on 1200 cal a day for 6+ months now and has lost over 25 lbs. she looks amazing. It does not seem like a lot but if planned out well. You can eat quite a bit and not feel deprived. It's the choices we make.

my goal is to stay focused on eating healthy and eat the holiday treats in moderation limiting them only occasionly instead of Everyday!
